OVERVIEW


Battleship is a classic tactical game where two players engage in a battle to destroy each other's naval fleet. Skillfully position your ships on a concealed grid and employ memory and strategy to deduce the whereabouts of your adversary's vessels. The first player to annihilate the entirety of the opposing fleet emerges as the triumphant conqueror. Prepare yourself for an enthralling combination of planning, reasoning, and chance!


RULES


  • Preparation: Arrange your ships, either horizontally or vertically, on your hidden grid. Ships must not overlap or be placed diagonally.


  • Procedure: Take turns announcing grid coordinates (e.g., C4) to ascertain the locations of the adversary's ships.


  • Hits and Misses: Maintain a record of hits and misses on your tracking grid. A hit reveals a segment of a ship, while a miss indicates the absence of a ship.


  • Victory: Continue until one player's entire fleet is destroyed. The player who sinks the adversary's naval force first emerges as the winner.
